A non-mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at the St. Andrews Airport at 2:00 p.m. on April 16, 2019. Bidders will have an opportunity to complete a site examination at that time. No test pits will be excavated during the pre-tender meeting. Bidders wishing to call-in for the pre-tender meeting must make arrangements with the Executive Director a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
