Description

The Municipality of West Nipissing is seeking proposals for general contractor prequalification for construction of the Nipissing West OPP Facility in Cache Bay, Ontario.
The proposed facility is a new single floor building located at the south east corner of Levac Road and Highway 17, Cache Bay, Ontario. The facility is 1,675 m2 (18,029 sq. ft.) in size. The estimated construction value for this project is approximately $8 million.
