Description

The Municipality of West Nipissing is seeking quotations for
1. Regular maintenance of eight (8) municipally operated cemeteries and opening and closing of
the winter vault(s) (for temporary interment) in the winter months together with snow plowing
required for this purpose; and,
2. The opening and closing of all graves/niches for interments/disinterment in its five (5)
cemeteries open for interments.
The term of the contract shall be for a period of two (2) years (2018 and 2019) with an optional renewal
of one (1) additional year (2020) at the written request of the successful Contractor prior to the end of
the term.
