Description

This is a Request for Quote for a Proponent to put forward a proposal, including pricing, for the provision of advisory services related to Fund Development.
The purpose of this engagement is to deliver a final report to the Fund Development Working Group that addresses the following specific objectives:

Assess the hospital’s current state related to fund development – review of its existing plan, performance to date, strengths/opportunities (SWOT analysis)
Define future short, mid and long-term needs/goals
Explore structural options to position hospital to achieve goals (e.g. in-house vs. foundation approach)
Provide recommendations, including resourcing, performance targets and action plan
