Description

The purpose of this process is to receive competitive proposals for Construction Management firms to manage the construction of the base-building for the new 40,000 square foot Chigamik/Waypoint Community Health Hub being built in Midland, Ontario.

The successful firm will be required to provide construction management services which include, but are not limited to: project budgeting, scheduling, tendering and procurement of various sub trades and materials, supply of site supervision, on site labour and management. The successful firm will also be required to work closely with the Consultant team and the Owner to achieve project budget and schedule goals while successfully implementing the design intent of the project.
