Description

The project scope encompasses the complete renovation of a single floor in a 6 storey psychiatric hospital building. The area of work is approx. 11,800 square feet (1097 m²) and includes demolition, framing and drywall, doors and frames, millwork, architectural finishes, HVAC, and electrical. The project is anticipated to commence June 2024 and take approximately 12 months to complete.

The total preliminary construction budget for this portion of the work, inclusive of all costs, is approximately $6.5 million.
