Additional Bidding Instructions

Qualified Mechanicall Contractors are invited to submit a bids for the Boiler System Modifications – Phase 2 at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care at their facility located in Penetanguishene Ontario. The work is expected to commence November 2017.

Each bid must be accompanied with a fully executed original Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid Price. Alternately Bidders may submit a certified cheque equal to 10% of the bid price. The successful proponent will be expected to submit a 50% performance and 50% labour and material bond

A site visit is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Monday, October 30th, 2017 at the Environmental Services Building, 500 Church Street, Penetanguishene, Ontario.

The actual bid documents are rather large; therefore I will walk them down on a memory stick in the morning. Let me know who the MM lead will be.
