Description

This CPS671 Surface Parking Rehabilitation project has been created to address identified operational and accessibility concerns related to surface parking conditions at four (4) VIA Stations (Brantford, Chatham, Sarnia and Coburg). Vendors can bid on any or all stations.

For the Site Visit, you will be required to provide an acceptable proof of vaccination or an acceptable proof of accommodation (certificate) or an acceptable proof of a COVID-19 molecular test, as required, upon entry in VIA Rail premises when required by the policy and procedures related to “Covid-19 Vaccination Requirements for Contractors, Tenants and Visitors When Accessing VIA Rail Premises”. As well, while on VIA Rail property, you will be requirer to wear a safety hat, safety glasses, reflective apparel (safety vest) and safety boots in accordance with the Railway’s regulations as stated in “Safety Guidelines for Contractors.” The potential Tenderers must be present for the Safety Briefing prior to entering the VIA Right-of-Way.

Vendors are required to complete the Intent to Bid on Merx.
When submitting your bid, the ITT must be returned in its entirety, initialed on pages where indicated.
The pricing sheet must be returned in the Excel and PDF formats.
Please ensure you have attached all MANDATORY documents or information listed in Document 3 - Mandatory Requirements of the ITT as well as any other information or document indicated in Document 5 - Qualitative Tender
