The Owner invites proposals, through this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP), for a General Contractor for the Sun Peaks Surface Water Supply System project.
The Municipality estimates an approximate value of six to nine million dollars for the full-term of the resulting contract ($ 6,000,000 to $ 9,000,000); however, the value is based on projected requirements. At anytime, the actual worth is subject to change and unforeseen developments can result in an increase or decrease.
Potential works may include the construction of the following infrastructure:

Surface Water Reservoir
Creek Diversion Structure
Diversion Control Building
Process Piping and Valves, Metering, Hydrometric Monitoring Electrical and Controls
Construction Water Supply Main
