Description

Kwikwetlem First Nation (KFN) is seeking a qualified Contractor to design and construct multifamily housing units in their Coquitlam IR 1 community. The housing units will house the elderly, people with mobility issues and families.
All construction and fire resistance rankings are to be in accordance with the latest version of the BC Building Code. The Contractor shall connect to all services one meter outside of the buildings.
The Contractor shall provide code compliance certification and sealed structural documents.
