Description

LFN invites Proposals, through this RFP, for the supply and installation of 28 permanent homes to replace those lost during the 2021 Wildfire. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a Preferred Proponent(s) that LFN can work with to develop the 28 permanent houses. To be clear, these houses could include a mix of the following:

Modular structures
Pre-fabricated structures
Stick-build structures
Note that all the units will be constructed at either the Battlefield location or the IR 2B location.

Once the Preferred Proponent(s) has been chosen they will work with LFN to identify a final scope of work that the Preferred Proponent(s) will deliver.
The Preferred Proponent(s) will subsequently enter into an agreement with LFN to become the Prime Contractor for this project, as defined by WorkSafe BC. Key elements of this project involve timing, quality, and cost.
