o Installation of 2x storm catch basins
o Topsoil restoration and hydraulic seeding
o Traffic signage and thermoplastic pavement markings

- Part 2A: Pineridge Trail Extension
o Asphalt pathway construction: ~125 tonnes of asphalt on 25mm minus base gravel structure
o Installation of ~400m of new concrete curb and gutter
o Installation of catch basins and storm sewer extensions across Pineridge Drive
o Topsoil restoration and hydraulic seeding
o Traffic signage and thermoplastic pavement markings
o Pedestrian/road safety improvements including raised crosswalk and speed tables

- Part 2B: Columbia Community Hall Sidewalk Extension
o Asphalt pathway construction: ~40 tonnes of asphalt on 25mm minus base gravel structure
o Installation of ~45m of new concrete curb and gutter
o Topsoil restoration and hydraulic seeding
