Description:
Community Subdivision (Phase 1) extension of Spa-ath Road including earth works, road works, watermains, storm sewer, third party utilities and streetlights within Tsleil-Waututh Nation in North Vancouver, BC. The works include:
- 160 lin.m. of road and sidewalk
- 575 m of watermain
- Above grade kiosk pressure reducing valve station
- 300 m of sanitary sewer
- 260 m of storm sewer
- Bioswale stormwater management system
- 90 m of infiltration trench
- Third party utility installation (BC Hydro and telecommunications)
- 4,600 cu.m. of common excavation
- 8,100 tonnes of import embankment fill
- Streetlighting and associate works
- Boulevard landscaping and associated works
Tenderers must include in their tender a proposal to incorporate Tsleil-Waututh’s principles and values in their performance of the Work (see 4.3 of the Additional Instructions to Tenders).
All tenderers must contact TWN’s communications team with current contact information and job and sub-contracting opportunities by 4:00pm February 22, 2022 (see 4.7 of the Additional Instructions to Tenders).
Tenderers must contact the Senior Project Manager at TWN prior to submitting any tender to arrange for a pre-tender meeting. Tenderers are required to contact the Director of Economic Development by 4:00pm February 25, 2022 (see 4.8 of the Additional Instructions to Tenders).
