Description

The Peace River Regional District (PRRD) is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms
to provide architectural services for the construction of a new 8,000 square foot library facility in
Chetwynd, BC. The PRRD intends to retain one architectural firm (and associated qualified team
of professionals) (the successful proponent) complete the following scope of work, broken out
into the following phases:
Phase 1 - Conceptual Design Development Phase
Phase 2 - Community Consultation Phase
Phase 3 - Detailed Design and Tender Phase
Phase 4 - Construction Services
Phase 5 - Post Construction Services
