This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by The Department of Physical and Environmental Sciences on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Integrated Atomic Force Microscope (AFM)–Inverted Light Microscope (ILM) Platform for the Nanoscale Study of Microbial Biofilms, as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”) of the RFP document.
