DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
Design and Construction Management requires General Contracting Services for the exterior renovation of ARC Quad located at the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus.
The procurement will not involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

on or before May 18, 2021 at 2:00:00 p.m. local time.
The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation: Proponents must achieve a minimum score of 70% of each rated criteria category, 1 through 3.
Proponents will adhere to the University of Toronto General Labour Conditions

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
One time only purchase of services for specified scope of work.
Milestone schedule:
Earliest project construction for general contractor:   Week of June 1, 2021
Substantial completion by August 30, 2021
