Description

The University of Toronto is seeking responses to this RFP from Architects for professional services relating to the design and construction of the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (EEB) Lab Renovations and the Department of Earth Sciences Lab 4099 Renovation at Earth Sciences Centre (ESC) at the St. George campus.
It should be noted, that of primary interest to the University is demonstration of the Proponent’s experience with planning and execution of projects involving renovations to lab spaces in existing, operational buildings.

Event Note

Proponents are required to attend the mandatory site tour as scheduled in Part A.7. Please assemble at the entrance to the Earth Sciences Centre at 33 Willcocks. The purpose of the tour is to provide all Proponents with an opportunity to view the existing conditions of the Project. The University will maintain and release a record of attendance.
Attendees at the site tour must who wish to access any relevant mechanical rooms must wear Personal Protective Equipment (Safety Boots) and a non-medical facial mask is strongly advised.
