Description

The University of Toronto is seeking responses to this RFP from qualified Architects to lead an integrated team of specialist that are experts in best practice and emerging trends in the programming and planning of large, multi-site academic medical centres. The University wishes this team to provide professional services related to the Master Programming and Building Condition Assessment for the Faculty of Medicine. The Faculty of Medicine is embarking on a planning exercise to forecast its space requirements for the next 20 years, and to evaluate the capacity of its current facilities to meet these requirements taking into account current trends in research laboratory and higher learning space design.

Proponents are to submit one (1) original, five (5) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy (.pdf format on USB) of the Proposal in an opaque sealed envelope bearing the Proponent’s name and return address, together with the Project name and number and the words “Proposal Submission P999-18-169: Master Programming and Building Condition Assessment for the Faculty of Medicine ” clearly marked.
Proposals shall be delivered to the address noted below before 3:00:00 PM on July 3, 2019 (the “Submission Deadline”):
