Description

The University of Toronto is seeking responses to this RFP from qualified Integrated Project Delivery Advisors for professional services relating to the IPD delivery of the new ‘Campus Hub’ for the Faculty of Arts and Science (FAS) at the St. George campus.

Upon receipt and review of the written submissions, up to three firms may be invited to make a presentation to an evaluation committee, during which Proponents will expand upon their expertise in providing efficient and effective advisory (or coaching) services to the University.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proponents are to upload one (1) electronic copy (pdf format) to MERX. The cover sheet of the proposal will bear the Proponent’s name together with the Project name and number and the words “Proposal Submission P033-19-003: Integrated Project Delivery Advisor for the Campus Hub for the Faculty of Arts and Science” clearly marked. Key components of the proposal are listed in Part E: Submission Requirements.

Proposals shall be addressed to the contact listed in A.8 – Inquiries.

Proposals shall be uploaded to MERX before 3:00:00 PM on April 06, 2022 (the “Submission Deadline”).

The term “local time” shall mean the time as measured by the time clock maintained by MERX.

Submissions received after the Submission Deadline will not be considered. Each Proponent is responsible for the upload of its proposal to MERX. Proposals transmitted by email or sent by any other electronic means will not be considered. Proponents will not be able to upload their proposals after the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted via any other means. No exceptions will be made in the case of late delivery - including but not limited to – internet connection problems.
