Description

The University of Toronto is seeking responses to this RFP from qualified Architects for professional services relating to the renovation of an existing 100m2 lab space in the McLennan Physical Laboratories sub-basement, located at 255 Huron Street on the St. George campus. This lab will be used by researchers in the Department of Astronomy & Astrophysics who are leading a major project to develop, integrate, test, and deploy a high-profile scientific instrument for one of the world’s largest telescopes – the Gemini observatory.
The Construction Budget for the Project will be disclosed to those Proponents that return a completed Confidentiality Agreement (Appendix 'C' of the RFP).
