Description

Massey College and the University of Toronto are seeking proposals from qualified Architects to undertake a comprehensive feasibility study to determine the viability of renovation projects to improve and preserve the heritage fabric of the College, as well as increase accessibility, sustainability, and modernize the current outdated building systems and space allocation. This RFSQ seeks to establish a shortlist of qualified architectural practices to respond to an RFP. Consultants should demonstrate a wide range of experience with infrastructure upgrades of occupied facilities, as well as experience with preservation of heritage architecture, and accessibility upgrades to heritage buildings.
