Description:
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified construction management firms (the “Proponents”) who will provide full construction management and construction services for the Project. The Schwartz Reisman Innovation Centre (SRIC) is designed to be a multidisciplinary and collaborative engine to expand research-based innovation by enhancing the University of Toronto’s industry partnerships and fostering entrepreneurship. All occupants of the SRIC will be focused on the development of new technologies, products and processes that will enhance industry innovation and increase employment. Students will gain hands-on experience with the latest tolls as they work on leading-edge research problems, thus, creating a tremendous new talent pool for the Toronto region and Canada.
