The University of Toronto is seeking responses from qualified Architects for professional services relating to building upgrades at 39 Queen's Park Crescent East. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, a new barrier-free ramp, new fire egress stair, accessibility upgrades, new washroom and kitchennete, new mechanical and electrical systems, and interior renovations.
