Description

The purpose of this Project is to relocate the existing Anatomy Prosection cooler and two Dissection teaching labs as a result of the Medical Science Buidling west wing redevelopment and James and Louise Temerty Building (JLTB) construction. The project area is approximately 350 sqm of space.

Attendees will assemble outside on the front steps of the Medical Sciences Building. Proponents will limit their team’s attendance to 1 team member. It is unlikely that mechanical and electrical rooms will be accessed. Proponents are asked to confirm their attendance by Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 6pm. Attendees at the mandatory site tour must wear a medical grade facial mask. Physical distancing must be practiced at all times.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proponents shall upload one (1) electronic copy (.pdf format) to MERX. The term “local time” shall mean the time as measured by the time clock maintained by MERX. Submissions received after the Submission Deadline will not be considered. No exceptions will be made in the case of late delivery - including but not limited to – internet connection problems. Proponents will not be able to upload their proposals after the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted via any other means.
