DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Supply of Toilet Tissue and Toilet Tissue Dispensers, Toilet Seat Covers and Toilet Seat cover Dispensers. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
A term of three years (the “Term”),with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of a one (1) year term.
Estimated commencement date: May 1, 2019
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 36 out of 60 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
