DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Supply of Salto Product . The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
A term of three years (the “Term”),with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of a one (1) year term.
Estimated commencement date: June 17, 2019
Substantial Completion: June 17, 2022
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 27 out of 45 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
