DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Supply of Light Bulbs. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/20626 on or before February 19, 2019 2:00:00 p.m. local time. The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 32 out of 40 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
The contract term for the proposed provision of services is for three (3) years with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of a one (1) year term.
Estimated commencement date May 1, 2019.
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 32 out of 40 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
