DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Storage Back Up Solution
Enterprise Applications and Solutions Integration (EASI) a department within the Central IT services at the University of Toronto is undertaking a search for a solution to back up data in SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 environment.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Wednesday, July 31, 2024 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
The term of the Agreement is for a period of 3 years with option, at the University’s sole and absolute discretion, to extend for two additional one (1) year periods.
