DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Seasonal Carpet Cleaning of Permanent Walk Off Mats. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
Three years (the “Term”), with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of a one (1) year term.
