DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Preventive Elevator Maintenance Services. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
One year (the “Term”), with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for three (3) additional terms of a one (1) year term.
