This Negotiable Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by the Division of Comparative Medicine (DCM) on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of a full comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Plan service agreement to include all replacement parts and labour with three (3) pre-scheduled preventative maintenance inspections, as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).
