DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Lease of Laundry Equipment and Services for Graduate House
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Event Note

The University will be conducting a Proponents Meeting (Site Visit) on June 22, 2020 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The address is 60 Harbord Street, Toronto, ON, M5S 3L1. Meeting place is at the lobby. Please look for Elizabeth Urbanowski.

To minimize the risks associated with close contact given the current situation, only one (1) representative per Proponent is allowed to attend. The University and Proponents will observe proper physical distancing protocols while on site.

Proponents are asked to ensure they are protected by providing their own PPE while onsite (e.g. masks). The University will provide access to washing and hand sanitizing stations. Proponents are strongly advised to email their questions even though these were discussed during the site visit. The University will post responses to all questions to Merx as per usual procedure.

Proponents wishing to attend are asked to RSVP on July 20, 2020.
