DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Image-guided, High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) System
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Warranty and Service Requirements – 10 points
Delivery, Installation & Training – 10 points
Pricing – 30 points
Total - 100 points
