Description:
[This negotiated Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Facility Management and Space Planning on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision to Delivery and Installation of Eight (8) Ultra-Low-Temperature (ULT) Upright Freezers, as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).]

Open tender whereby all interested Proponents may submit a Proposal.

Delivery Date:
No later than October 31, 2017.

Duration of Agreement:
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of 5 years with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to five (5) one (1) year extensions

Negotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto may identify one or more Proponents with whom it wishes to enter negotiations, by written notification.

If there is a conflict between the RFx and this Tender Notice, the RFx document will take precedence.
