DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Computer-based Assessment Delivery Solution and Online Proctoring Solution
The University of Toronto is seeking solutions or a set of digital tools to support the electronic/digital creation, delivery, and analysis of assessments (e.g. exams, tests, quizzes) of many types (summative, formative, high stakes, progress) for the educational programs at the University.
This is multi-category RFP. Proponents should submit their Proposal for each Category separately on Bonfire.
Category 1: Computer-Based Assessment Creation and Delivery (including Question Banks)
Category 2: Online Proctoring Solution
Note: Category 1 and Category 2 may be awarded to two different Proponents. Proponents may submit Proposal bid on one or both categories, and the University may award each category to different Proponents, or both categories to the same Proponent.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Friday, January 06, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
- The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
- The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
- The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of the Agreement is anticipated to be for 3 years with an option to extend for two additional terms of one year each.
