DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Chemical Waste Disposal. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
One (1) year with an option to extend the agreement to up to additional two (2) year term (the “Term”).
Estimated commencement date: May 1, 2019
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 39 out of 60 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
