Description:
The John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design would like to enter into an agreement with a supplier to furnish Principal Hall.  Principal Hall is currently under construction at 1 Spadina Crescent with a January 2018 completion date.  The objective of this RFP is to contract with one supplier to provide furniture that will upgrade the reading room with purposeful design and functionality and support technology enhanced study spaces in higher education. The Faculty is looking for top quality, durable chairs that compliment the building aesthetics of the interior and provide students a welcoming space This will improve the learning experience for the approximately 1,400 students attending the Faculty.  The room is designated as high usage and the University requires that all hardware and furniture withstand the day-to-day use of the many students.  The surfaces should be easy to clean with common cleaning solutions.
