DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Campus Identification Access Card.

The Department of TCard Services, Office of Student Life intends to purchase Campus Identification Access Card
The estimated purchase volume for the first year is about 35,000. The University may purchase additional of 40,000 of cards during the optional second year.

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Wednesday, January 25, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of Agreement is intended to be for one (1) year with option to extend for additional one (1) year.
