DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for An Enterprise Webinar/Webconferencing Solution
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/37809 on or before Monday, April 12, 2021 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation: Proponents must receive a minimum score of 75 in the Experience & Qualification and the Technical Requirements in Schedule D – Stage 1 of the Evaluation. Proponents who do not receive a score of 75 on the Technical Requirements section of the evaluation will not be further evaluated in this RFP process.

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
- The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
- The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
- The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
Two (2) year term with option to extend for three (3) additional terms of one (1) year each.
