DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
This Request for Proposal is issued by the Information and Instructional Technology Services (I&ITS) Department, at the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto for a Proponent to modernize the Multi-Year Financial Process (MYFP) and UTM Capital Projects and Space Allocation Committee (MCaPS), using ServiceNow’s Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) platform and other licensed ServiceNow modules, as required, for the University of Toronto, Mississauga, 3359 Mississauga Road, Mississauga.
Proponents Meeting
The on-site Proponents Meeting will be held on October 2, 2024, 2:00 – 4:00pm local time.
Location: Communications, Culture and Technology Building, Rm. 3130, University of Toronto Mississauga Campus, 3359 Mississauga Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5L 1C6.
Note: On Campus location is 1630 Outer Circle.

Each Proponent is required to submit its Proposal on Bonfire at the following link:

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of October 18, 2024 2:00 PM EST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. The submissions will not be opened publicly.
Negotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.
