DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
This Request for Proposal is issued by Facilities Management and Planning, at the University of Toronto Mississauga on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto for Proponent to perform the Maintenance Services for Emergency Generators, Switchgear and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS)  for University of Toronto, Mississauga, 3359 Mississauga Road, Mississauga.
The term of the agreement will be for 3 years plus 2 additional 1 year extensions.
