Description

The University of Toronto (the “University”) is seeking responses to this RFP from engineering firms to provide mechanical and electrical asset condition review, design/bid document preparation, tendering support, contract administration (project management/site reviews and project coordination) and project closeout for buildings across the St. George campus and its satellite facilities. The Revitalizing Infrastructure, Strengthening Excellence (RISE) Program (the “Project”) will address captial renewal works across the campus and at some satelite locations in the GTA over the course of 3 years.

Proponents are strongly encouraged to attend the optional Proponent meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to provide all Proponents with an overview of the RISE Program. Any questions arising from the tour must be sent, via email, to the contact listed in Part A.10 of the RFP and will be answered via addenda. Answers provided to questions made during the Pre-Bid meeting shall not be formal and should not be relied upon as official.
