Description

University District (located in Calgary, Alberta) is one of Canada's largest urban redevelopment projects. A 200 acre master planned community with 7.3 M sq.ft. of residential housing, 1.7 M sq. ft. of office space, and 500,000 sq.ft. of retail.

Through RFP long-term lease of land for Seniors Living, Block 24 Lot 2 and Lot 3 are being released.

Lot 2 and Lot 3 consist of two high density sites in the north residential area of University District and comprise approximately 0.65 ha (1.61 acres). The highest rated Proponent(s) selected through this RFP will have the opportunity to develop, manage and operate a Senior Living facility for Block 24 Lot 2 and Lot 3.
