Description

As the technological extension of Ontario’s public education system, TVO’s vision is to create a better world through the power of learning. TVO provides learning opportunities for Ontarians through innovative educational products, in-depth current affairs, ground-breaking documentaries, and award-winning TVOKids resources both inside and outside the classroom. TVO is funded primarily by the Province of Ontario and is a registered charity supported by sponsors and thousands of donors.

TVO is seeking an eCommerce solution to support the Independent Learning Centre (ILC) and other fundraising initiatives through TVO philanthropy:

The ILC is Ontario’s largest online high school that enables students to earn credits towards their Ontario Secondary School Diploma. ILC offers flexible start times and 100+ courses.
TVO is a registered charity that raises funds through online donations and fundraising initiatives.

This solution must enable TVO to develop website(s) that allows for the digital sale of ILC courseware to Ontarian, Canadian and International audiences with a particular emphasis on capabilities to support rapid internationalization.

Ability to quickly setup affiliate and partner offerings (B2B).
