Description

TVO is seeking a replacement system with a supporting vendor/reseller, to attain efficiencies by optimizing the use of newer technology in support of its internal controls and processing requirements. This opportunity in procuring a new financial system being more modern technology with a higher degree of process automation and other efficient processes including workflow, is compelling.

As a registered charity, not-for-profit, organization, TVO manages funds and deferred contributions, but does not necessarily need specific non-profit functionality in its financial system.

The goal of this project is to replace our current financial system before current support ends on June 30, 2022.
