Description

TVO Media Education Group (TVO) is seeking submissions for Outbound Telemarketing Services (see attached requirements document).

TVO’s Philanthropy department is seeking submissions for outbound telemarketing services. The selected full-service telefundraising agency will partner with TVO to develop and execute an outbound telefundraising program and strategy. The program needs to grow TVO’s monthly giving program, position TVO for future success, and complement our current multi-channel fundraising program which includes both direct mail and digital campaigns. The contract term is for a one-year agreement with a possible option for a further one-year extension.
