Description

TVO is looking to enter into a three-year agreement with a full-service supplier that has the capability and capacity to support print production, data processing, lettershop and mailing requirements for our Direct Mail program. The agreement has an option for two consecutive one-year renewals.
TVO’s Direct Mail program is budgeted to raise more than $1,000,000 in annual giving revenue. In addition to raising annual giving revenue, Direct Mail is used to convert single gift donors to monthly giving as well as generating leads for legacy giving and leadership level gifts ($1,000+).

The selected supplier will be required to work closely with TVO’s Philanthropy and Marketing teams and our third-party vendors to execute our campaigns.

Work includes but is not limited to: work-back scheduling, print production, data file preparation, laser/lettershop and mailing house services.
