Description

TVO is seeking a Service Provider for professional television broadcast Master Control Services, with a proven track record of high-quality service and reliability. TVO broadcasts 24x7 365 days a year and expects the Service Provider to deliver a minimum 99.99% uptime, with available support staff to react and correct any issues no matter the day or time. Communication between TVO and the Service Provider’s Master Control Operations will be required for log changes, live events and other broadcast related items.
The following describes TVO’s requirements by categories. Please review each category and provide a description of how your proposed service complies with the requirements. Where your proposed service does not comply with requirements, explain how your proposed solution varies, and any alternate approaches to achieving equivalent results. Provide details regarding your solution/offering.

TVO Currently uses North Plains Telescope as our Digital Asset Management system and Broadview as our Broadcast Scheduling system.

TVO reserves the right to change out systems currently in use by TVO at its discretion with no cost for setup and testing with the Master Control Service provider.
