Description

TVO is seeking a closed captioning supplier primarily to provide live-to-air closed captioning services and minimal off line, pop on closed captioning for some pre-recorded content.

TVO live-captions approximately 300 hours of content annually, there will be about 7 hours of live captioning a week. These volumes are a guideline only, and could be subject to change.
Live Closed Captioning is required for (but not limited to) one daily 1 hour program and 8 daily short live breaks during the weekdays. TVO will on occasion have special programming that will also require live closed captioning.
