Description

TVO’s Philanthropy Department requires a supplier to act as our inbound call centre to manage donor and viewer calls, as well as receive donations pledged over the phone in response to various TVO appeals.
The inbound call centre can expect calls from donors wishing to: make a one-time gift donation, become a monthly donor, upgrade their level of giving, change their contact information or communication preferences, provide new monthly donor payment information. Other calls may be related to comments or inquiries about TVO’s programming.
Additionally, because TVO is sometimes mentioned in the media, a FAQs list will be provided so that the inbound call centre representative has the latest, most accurate responses for the caller.
